Complaints are taken seriously and thoroughly analyzed.
For this reason, we invite customers to put their complaint in writing, by sending us a letter or e-mail, wherever possible.
If they find it difficult to put it in writing, they can let us know, and we’ll help them with the process.
For reasons of confidentiality, we will only deal with the customer or the person expressly authorized in writing by the customer.
